...EXTREME COLD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
NOON CST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
  as around 25 below. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold
  wind chills as low as around 30 below expected.

* WHERE...In Kansas, Atchison KS and Doniphan Counties. In Missouri,
  Andrew, Atchison MO, Buchanan, Holt, and Nodaway Counties.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until midnight CST tonight.
  For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight tonight to noon CST
  Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
