RAY...WEST CENTRAL LAFAYETTE AND NORTHEASTERN JACKSON COUNTIES
THROUGH 645 PM CDT...

At 603 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Liberty, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Kansas City, Independence, Blue Springs, Liberty, Gladstone, Grain
Valley, Sugar Creek, Buckner, Claycomo, Courtney, Pleasant Valley,
Orrick, Wellington, Glenaire, Sibley, Missouri City, Levasy, River
Bend, Napoleon, and Bates City.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Missouri between mile markers 25 and 32.
 Interstate 35 in Missouri between mile markers 9 and 22.
 Interstate 435 between mile markers 46 and 55.
