  extending from near Albany to near Cameron, moving northeast at 45
  mph.

  Cameron, Bethany, Hamilton, Gallatin, Albany, Maysville, Jamesport,

  Cainsville, Kidder, Winston, Altamont, Blythedale, Coffey, Jameson,
  and Darlington.
